Admittedly, the eviction notices have not been served on the petitioners as on date. 3. The learned counsel for the Nagar Palika Parishad prays that he may be permitted two weeks' time to issue formal notices to all the petitioners through registered post and in case the petitioners respond to the notice by filing their explanation within the specified time provided therein, necessary order shall be passed by the competent authority after due consideration of their explanation and order so passed shall also be communicated to the petitioners as per law.
