Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "Issue a writ, order or direction to the Additional Commissioner (Administration), Prayagraj Division, Prayagraj to decide the Case No.1808/2023, computerized case no. C202302000001808 (Kamta Nath Ojha vs. Paras Nath Ojha and Ors) under Section 207 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the appeal filed by respondent no.5 is pending in the court of respondent no.2- Additional Commissioner (Administration). The petitioner has appeared before the respondent no.2 and has filed the objections. Despite several dates have been fixed but the same has not been decided yet.
