This writ petition has been filed for following relief:- "I. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus direct the respondent no. 3 to decide the mutation application of the petitioner having case no. 3013 of 2022 computerized case no. T202215090203013 ( Kusum Vs. Nand Kumar), Under Section 34/ 35 of U.P. Revenue Code 2006 in a fix period." 3. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that mutation proceedings are pending since 2022 and he prayed that same may be decided expeditiously. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to respondent No. 3- Tehsildar, Tehsil- Sikandarpur, District- Ballia to consider and decide the aforesaid
