A copy of the order in writ C No. 9035 of 2024 has been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner at this stage prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to take recourse to the appropriate remedy against the order passed by the competent authority as is made available to him. 3.
