This writ petition has been filed for the following relief:- "i) It is, therefore, Most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to issue ad interim direction to the Direct to the Learned Sub Divisional Magistrate (Respondent No. 02)Tahsil -Talbheat, District Lalitpur to decide the Application Dated 6.10.2024.
