Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to the respondent no.2 to decide the Partition Suit case no. 4275 of 2022 and computer case no. T202205440204275 under section 116 U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 (Smt. Anita Devi vs. Smt. Usha Devi and Ors) pending in the court of Sub Divisional Magistrate Hata, District Kushinagar within stipulated period of time as fix by this Court. " 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the aforesaid case is pending since 2022. It is further contended that several dates have been fixed but the same has not been decided yet.
