The petitioner has approached this Court for the following relief:- "Issue a writ, order or direction to the opposite party No.2 to consider and take decision of registration of fisheries society of petitioner in regard to letter dated 01.08.2023 send by the opposite party No.3 within stipulated period." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the registration of Fisheries Society of the petitioner is stated to be pending which was recommended on 01.08.2023 through the report dated 18.07.2023 by the respondent No.3. 4. In case all the formalities are fulfilled by the petitioner for the purpose of registration of Fisheries Co-operative Society, the same is directed to be considered by the authority concerned and finalized expedit
