This petition has been filed for the following relief: "(a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding/ directing the respondent no. 2- Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Karchhana, District Prayagraj to decide the application dated 03.08.2024 filed by the petitioners expeditiously or within the stipulated period as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court (Annexure No. 5 to this writ petition)." 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that a final decree has been passed in proceedings under Section 176 of the U.P. Z.A. & L.R. Act which is not being executed. An application for execution has been moved by the petitioners on 03.08.2024 and the same is pending. 4.
