The petitioner claims her rights on the basis of a sale deed. It is stated that the sale deed was executed in her favour on 30.11.2021. The title of the vendor who has executed the alleged sale deed is not traceable to any revenue records placed on record in the present writ petition. 3. Adjudication of such type of disputes does not lie within the domain of this Court in exercise of its writ jurisdiction. 4. Thus, a writ of mandamus cannot be issued even against the State Authorities unless the title of the petitioner is so clear on the basis of record and the documents of title. 5.
