The learned counsel for the State pointed out that the property in question was acquired with issuance of notifications under Sections 4 and 6 of the Land Acquisition Act way back in the year 2007 and 2008 respectively, the award thereof was also rendered on 28.09.2010 and the possession of land in dispute was handed over on 26.09.2015. 3. All these events clearly indicate that the original tenure holder stood divested of his title in the property which the petitioner has claimed on the basis of a sale deed executed in her favour in the year 2019. Once no title vested in the original tenure holder, any transaction executed by him after acquisition proceedings has no sanctit
