The petitioner claims to be a participant in the auction proceedings for alltoment of patta of pond for fishery purpose at Gata No.54Kha/1.774 hectare, situated in Village Pithanpur, Pargana Manikpur, Block Kalaknkar, Tehsil Kunda, District Pratapgarh. 2. It appears that the patta has been granted in favour of the private opposite party no.5. 3. Such a grievance is amenable to the appellate jurisdiction before the competent appellate authority under Rule 59 of U.P. Revenue Code Rules, 2016. In case any appeal is filed by the petitioner under the aforesaid rule within a period of two weeks from today, it is expected to be considered and decided by the authority concerned expeditiously in accordance with law. 4.
