The instant writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "(I) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no. 2/Up Ziladhikari Tahsil Sagri District Azamgarh to decide restoration application dated 11.11.2021 filed by respondent no. 4 in revenue case no. T202115060707271, Pankaj versus Gram Panchayat under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 within a month." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the aforesaid restoration application is pending since 11.11.2021. It is further contended that several dates have been fixed but the same has not been decided yet. He prayed that the same may be decided, expeditiously. 4.
