Issue a writ of mandamus direct the respondents not to change the nature of the land and not to make any construction over the disputed land till the pendency of the case pending before the respondent no. 2 (Deputy Collector, Tehsil Meja, District Prayagraj) under Section 65 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner contented that case under Section 65 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 is pending before the court of respondent no. 2 since 2021. It is further contended that several dates have been fixed but the same has not been decided yet. He prayed that the same may be decided, expeditiously. 4.
