Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 i.e. S.D.O. shahganj Jaunpur to decide the case No. 05586 of 2018 and computer No. T201814360105586 (Bansraj Vs. Ajay Kumar Yadav) within stipulated period." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner is the opposite party in the restoration application and the restoration application is pending since 14.02.2017. It is further contended that several dates have been fixed but the same has not been decided yet. He prayed that the same may be decided, expeditiously. 4.
