The instant writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "A- Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing to the respondent/ Sub-Divisional Magistrate Moradabad/ Respondent no.2 compliance the demarcation of the Gata No. 578 Unique Code No.-1151:5-0578- 000012, computerized Case No. T-202413540118094 i.e. Gata No. 578 situated at village Mugalpur @ Agwanpur, Tehsil and District- Moradabad, within stipulated time fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. The prayer made in the writ petition, is misconceived. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh petition with better particulars and correct prayer.
