The instant writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "I- Issue writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus to the respondent No.2/ Learned Tehsildar Tehsil Mathura District Mathura to decide the Suit No. T 202301500100375 Vivek Chand Gupta Vs Ram Awtar Sharma under section 34 of The Revenue Code 2006 pending in the court of respondent No.2/ Learned Tehsildar Tehsil Mathura District Mathura which was filed by the Petitioner /Plaintiff for the mutation of the land situated in Khata No. 140 Khasra No. 308 Area 8400 Hectare Moja Tehra Tehsil Mathura District Mathura purchased through registered sale deed dated 2022, expeditiously, if possible within stipulated period." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the aforesaid case is pending since 2023. It is further contend
