Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "a) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 to decide the Revision No. 44/2023 as computerized No. C202305000000044 (Baddri Vs. Shri Kishu and another) U/s 219 of U.P. Revenue Code, 1901, pending in the court of Commissioner, Gorakhpur, Region Gorakhpur (Respondent No. 2), expeditiously within stipulated period as prescribed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the aforesaid revision is pending since 2023. It is further contended that several dates have been fixed but the same has not been decided yet.
