Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The demarcation proceedings in respect of gata no.98 have already been carried out whereas, the demarcation proceedings in respect of gata no.126 measuring 0.3845 hectare belonging to the petitioner is in progress. 3. For the purposes of preliminary demarcation of the petitioner's plot the next date is scheduled on 30.01.2025. 4. In these circumstances, it is provided that unless the demarcation proceedings are carried out finally, the standing crops may not be damaged and the same shall be allowed to be harvested before settling the dispute. The petitioner undertakes to co-operate with the demarcation proceedings without fail and the same shall be concluded within a period of one month from today. 5.The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
