The petitioner has approached this Court against the show cause notice in relation to the construction which is being raised without sanction of a plan. The petitioner has filed the present writ petition after a year from the date of issuance of notice dated 12.01.2024. There appears to be an apparent delay. 4. That apart, the petitioner has a remedy under Section 27(2) of U.P. Urban Planning and Development Act,1973. 5.
