Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State and perused the record. 2. The writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus to command the Tehsildar, Tehsil-Sikandarpur, District-Ballia/ Respondent No. 2 to decide the Computerized Case No. T202315090202069, (LMC Vs. Tarkeshwar) u/s 67(1) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 (as annexure no. 1), expeditiously and in a stipulated period so fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Learned Standing Counsel raised a preliminary objection that the petitioner is not a party to the aforesaid proceedings, therefore he has no right to get the same expedited. The writ petition at his behest is not maintainable. 4. In view of the above, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
