Hon'ble Subhash Vidyarthi,J. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondent-bank. The petitioner does not dispute the liability. However, the petitioner states that he met with an accident due to which he had to undergo treatment for a long time and he has been unable to pay the installments of the loan. It is therefore prayed that the petitioner may be provided the facility of depositing the entire amount in easy installments, to which learned counsel appearing for the Bank does not have any objection. The writ petition is disposed of with the following directions :- The petitioner shall deposit Rs. 50,000/-(fifty thousand) with the Bank by the end of February, 2025. (ii) The Bank after accepting the deposit of Rs. 50,000/-( fifty thousand) shall furnish the details of the accounts to the petitioner and intimate him
