The instant writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No. 2/ Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil- Tamkuhiraj, District Kushinagar to decide the Computerize Case no. T202405440313487 (Ramnath and another Vs. Mahatam and others) Under Section 24 U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 within stipulated period which is pending before the Court of respondent No. 2/Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil- Tamkuhiraj, District- Kushinagar.(Annexure No. 1 to this writ petition)." 3.
