The instant writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of respondent mandamus no.2 to directing the decide/expedite the Case No 4467/ 2022 (Computer Case No T202216530404467) Shivdutt Singh Versus Shitla Prasad Singh and other under section 116 U.P. Revenue Act 2006 pending in the court of Sub. Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Chunar, District Mirzapur within stipulated period as fix by this Hon'ble court." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the aforesaid case is pending since 2022. It is further contended that several dates have been fixed but the same has not been decided yet.
