The instant writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "I. issue a writ order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS directing to respondent No. 3 to decide the Restoration Application dated 19.11.2024 under Section 34/35 U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 (Sanjeev Kumar Vs. Jogindar Singh) within stipulated period which may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court, which is pending in the court of Respondent No. 3." 2. From the perusal of writ petition it appears that the aforesaid restoration application is pending since 19.11.2024 and several dates have been fixed but the same has not been decided yet. 3. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to respondent No. 3 to consider and decide the aforementioned
