The petitioner has raised the grievance of dispossession from very premise whereupon he was conducting his private practice. 2. It is not the case before us that the petitioner has been a valid allottee of the premises. This dispute pertains to open premises appurtenant to the district court. Such premises cannot be claimed for occupation as a matter of right. 3. Thus, we decline to entertain the present writ petion in absence of the valid title upon the public land. 4. The writ petion is accordingly dismissed. .
