This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "issue order or direction, in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent no.2 to expedite the proceedings of case No.3941/2024 (Dhanvatiya Devi Versus Rattan) and computerized case No. T202405440203941 pending before the respondent No.2 Tahsildar Hata, Kushinagar." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the aforesaid case is pending consideration and the same has not been decided till date. Learned counsel prayed that the same may be decided, expeditiously. 4. Since the aforesaid case is pending, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the aforesaid case, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within one year from the date of
