Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to secure the gata no.283 area 0.028 hectare situated at village - Gohan, Tahsil - Madhogarh, District Jalaun from the Navin Parti land (gaon sabha land) while the petitioners are tenure holders of the aforesaid land. ii) Issue an appropriate order or direction, directing the respondent no.2 to decide the representation dated 09.12.2024 expeditiously, as this Hon'ble Court may deem and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case." 3.
