The present petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "issue a writ order or direction in nature of certiorari to quash the impugned judgment and order dated 09.06.2023, passed by respondent no.2 in Case no. 6752/2022 bearing its compuerized no. T202205200206752 (Ashok and others versus Jatai and others), under section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006." 3. A preliminary objection has been raised learned Standing Counsel that against the order impugned, petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing an appeal under the provisions of Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006. 4. Since the petitioner has an alternative remedy, I am not inclined to entertain the instant petition. 5.
