This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and direct the respondents to not to interfere in peaceful possession of the petitioner and maintain status quo on the spot as Arazi No.245 area 0.285 hectare situated in Village - Dhansa, Tappa - Radhauli, Tehsil - Rudhauli, District Basti during the pendency of the case Under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006." 3. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the ex parte order dated 14.2.2023 was passed against the petitioner in proceedings u/s 67 of the U.P.
