The petitioner has preferred the present petition with the following prayers:- "(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent no. 2 & 3 to ensure the possession of petitioner as p;er the kurra prepared and approved; vide order dated 18.05.2016 based upon compromise entered between the parties in regard to the land arazi no. 289 situated at Village-Rampur, Tappa Baliwan, Pargana-Salempur Majhauli, Tehsil Bhatpar Rani, District Deoria. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 & 3 to consider and decide the claim of petitioner contained in representation dated 15.10.2024 for being ensured the possession of petitioner as per the kurra prepared and approved; vide order dated 18.05.2016 based upon compromise entered between the parties in regar
