This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Tehsildar Mughalsarai to expeditiously decide the Case no. T202314180410754 (Siddheshwaranand Vs. Parmeshwaranand) U/s 34 of U.P. Land Revenue Act 1901 within a short time bound period as may be determined by this Hon'ble Court under the facts and circumstances of the case." 2. From perusal of the order sheet, it is apparent that the aforesaid restoration application is pending consideration since 3.10.2023 and the same has not been decided till date. Learned counsel prayed that the same may be decided expeditiously. 4. Since the aforesaid restoration application is pending, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent
