This writ petition has been filed for following reliefs:- "a) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned judgement & order dated 31.01.2024 (Annexure No. 1 to the writ petition) passed by the learned Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil Sakaldiha, District - Chandauli, the respondent no. 4, in Case No. 3374 of 2022 (Computerized Case No. T202214180303374); State Vs. Vishwanath & Others; b) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus restraining the learned Collector, Chandauli, the respondent no. 3, and the Tehsil authorities from recovering the amount of sale consolidation received by the petitioners pursuant to the sale deeds executed by them in favour of the Governor of the State of Uttar Pradesh in respect of the land in dispute."
