This writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned ex-parte order dated-09.10.2024 (Annexure no. 1 of the W.P.) passed by the respondent no. 2 i.e. Assistant Collector/ Tehsildar, Tehsil- Meja, District- Prayagraj in case no. 3570 of 2024 (Computerized case no. T202402030803570) Gaon Sabha Vs. Devi Prasad U/s. 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code 2006." 3. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that a notice in R.C. Form-20 was served upon the petitioner on 09.10.2024 and the order for eviction has also been passed on the very same day i.e. 09.10.2024.
