The present writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, directing and commanding the respondents especially respondent no.2, 3 and 4 to forthwith ensure clearance of 15 feet wide Parikrma Mar/Chak Road/Public passage of Gata No.230 situated in village Tikari Pargana Kotla Tehsil Khaga, District Fatehpur by removing the illegal encroachment/construction made by respondent no.5 and 6 over Gram Sabha Banjar Land of Gata No.415 in village Tikari Pargana Kotla Tehsil Khaga, District Fatehpur." 3.
