The instant writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 3 i.e. Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil- Handia, District- Prayagraj to decide the Case No. 3951/2015, Computerized Case No. T20150203043951 (Prem Kumar and others vs. Gaon Sabha and others) Under Section 229-B U.P.Z.A. and L.R. Act within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the aforesaid case is pending since 2015. It is further contended that several dates have been fixed but the same has not been decided yet. He prayed that the same may be decided, expeditiously. 4.
