The instant writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "a) issue a suitable writ of Certiorari to quash the impugned judgment and order dated 27.12.2024 passed by respondent no. 2 in case no. 1738/2024 being computer case no. c202417000001738 (Mahendra v/s Shamsher Bahadur Srivastava and others) being annexure no. 07 and also set aside the impugned judgment and order dated 09.12.2024 and 17.12.2024 passed by respondent no. 3 in case no. 8322/2019 being computer case no. T201917630108322 Shamsher Bahadur Srivastava & others v/s Lavkush & others being annexure no. 04 and 05) to this writ petition." 3.
