This petition has been filed for the following relief: "(I) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari, quashing the impugned order dated 14.10.2024 passed by the Commissioner, Basti Division, Basti (Annexure No. 1) as well as order dated 09.09.2024 passed by the District Magistrate/Collector, Siddharth Nagar (Annexure No. 2 respectively to the writ petition) and to allow the application filed by the petitioner." 3.
