Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "(i) Issue a direction directing the respondent no. 2/ Tehsildar Tehsil Sadar District mau to decide the case no. 8502 of 2024 computerized case no. T202415510108502 (Rukhsana Khatoon versus Satish Kumar Singh @ Satish Kumar) under Section 34/35 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 situate in village Sarain Lakhansi Tehsil Sadar District Mau within stipulated time bound period as expeditiously as possible which is pending before the court of respondent no. 2/Tehsildar Tehsil Sadar, District Mau since 23.07.2024, during the pendency of the present writ petition before this Hon'ble Court." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner the aforesaid case is pending since 2024. It is further contended that several dates have been fixed but the same has not been decided
