Present writ petition is filed by petitioner praying that opposite party no.1 Upziladhikari, Sadar, Varanasi, may be directed to decide Suit no.2710 of 2022 (Computerized Case no.D202214700002710), "Dr. Ritu Garg vs. Om Prakash Prajapati and others" which is pending since the year 2022 and has not been decided till date. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance of the petitioner would be sufficiently met in case opposite party no.1 considers and decides the aforesaid suit in a time bound manner. 4. Looking into the facts and circumstances of the case, without entering into the merits of the case, opposite party no.1-Upziladhikari, Sadar, Varanasi, is directed to proceed with Suit no.2710 of 2022 (Computerized Case no.D202214700002710), "Dr. Ritu Garg vs. Om Prakash Prajapati
