Present writ petition is filed by petitioner, challenging the impugned notice dated 8.8.2022 issued by the Additional Collector (Judicial), Pilibhit in Suit No.1497 of 2022 against the petitioner. 3. Learned Standing Counsel, on instructions, states that petitioner has already submitted his reply/objections to the aforesaid notice before the Additional Collector concerned. 4. In these circumstances, respondent no.2-Additional Collector (Judicial), Pilibhit, is directed to decide the matter on merits, after taking into consideration the reply/objections filed by the petitioner and after giving him proper opportunity of hearing, expeditiously, by a reasoned and speaking order, in accordance with law. 5.
