By the order impugned, a mutation order passed in favour of the petitioner has been withdrawn by the respondent authority on the ground that a gift deed has been executed by one Devraj who happens to be son of the petitioner in order to avoid execution of a decree passed in a matrimonial case passed in favour of the wife of Devraj. 4.
