Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the records. 2. This writ petition has been filed for following relief:- "i. TO ISSUE, a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 23.08.2024 passed by Respondent No. 2 (Annexure No. 9 to this writ petition);" 3. Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that against the order dated 23.08.2024 passed by the appellate court, the petitioner has alternative remedy of filing second appeal. 4. In view of the same, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy as available to him under law.
