The instant writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "i) issue a writ order or direction in nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 2 to decide the recall application dated 19-12-2023 in Case no. RST/6830/2024 bearing its computerized case no. T202405200206830 (Poonam Devi versus Leelawati Devi), under section 34 of U.P. Revenue Code-2006 pending in the Court of Tehsildar, Tehsil Salempur, District Deoria within a stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that opposite party has appeared before the court below and the aforementioned recall application is pending before respondent No.2 for adjudication.
