This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief ;- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of commanding mandamus the respondents' no.2 to 5 not to interfere in the peaceful possession of the aforesaid land in gata no. 247, 248 and 287Ga which is situated in Village Badhiwala, (Gordhanpur), Tehsil Sadar, District Muzaffar Nagar. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to decide the representation of the petitioner decide the representation dated 10.10.2024 given by the petitioner." 3.
