This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 24.09.2024 (Annexure no.1) passed by respondent no.2, Tehsildar, Tehsil- Barhaj, District-Deoria in case no. RST/4009 of 2024 (Anita Vs. Ram Pravesh) under section 209(J) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Tehsil Revenue Authorities not to implement the order impugned dated 24.09.2024 passed by respondent no.2 in the revenue record and also not to interfere in the peaceful possession of petitioner over his share in the land gata no. 355 area 0.4450 hectare & gata no. 360 area 0.1980 hectare situated at Village- Jarar Manik, Post-Karamtar, Tehsil-Barhaj, District- Deoria" 3. Learned Standing Counsel has submitted that this
