This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Sub Divisional Magistrate judicial)/respondent no.2, Tehsil - Padrauna, District Kushinagar, to decide the case bearing party name (Kanhaiya Prasad and others Vs. Kailash and others), under Section 134 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, expeditiously and within stipulated time period without giving opportunity for irrational delay under time stipulated manner." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the aforesaid case is pending consideration and the same has not been decided till date.
