This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2 to decide the Case No. 1191 of 2023, Computer Case No. T202307190301911 (Prahlad Singh Vs. Riport Lekhpal), Under Section 38(2) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, pending before the court of Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Manikpur, District Chitrakoot, expeditiously, if possible within a stipulated period of time which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." 3.
