The present writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.3 to comply the order dated 09.01.2006 passed by Additional Commissioner (Judicial/IInd), Varanasi Division, Varanasi and record the name of petitioners over Gata No.314 Kh area 0.623 hectare of Khata No. 369 of Village: Alawalpur Afga, Tahsil: Kasimabad, District Ghazipur." 3. A preliminary objection has been raised by learned Standing Counsel that by means of the present writ petition, petitioners want to get the order, passed by the Additional Commissioner dated 9.1.2006, complied with.
