This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 to decide the mutation Suit No.9901 of 2023 Computerized Case No. T202302030309901 (Ansar Ahmad Vs. Meena Devi) under section 35 Land Revenue Act 2006 expeditiously within stipulated period as fixed by the Hon'ble High Court." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the aforesaid case is pending consideration since 2023 and the same has not been decided till date.
