Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel, Shri Rajesh Yadav, learned counsel for respondent No.5 and perused the record. 2. This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "i) Issue a writ of certiorari to quash the impugned order dated 04.03.2024 as passed by (Respondent No.3) or ii) Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, directing the Respondent No.4 to comply with order dated 04.03.2024 and pass an appropriate order within a stipulated time as may be decided by this Hon'ble Court; And/or" 3. A preliminary objection has been raised by learned Standing Counsel that petitioner is only a complainant in proceedings u/s 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 by which appeal filed by respondent No.5 has been remanded back for decision afresh by the Teshildar. 4. In view of the same, I am not inclined to interfere
